![]() ![]() Just watch the edges of the pans when washing and that you don't bang them off of the inside of your sink if hand-washing, because the granite coating can come off." - Mopar5120 The handles aren't bamboo but seem like they are some type of rubber that are covered with a faux wood look. Well, after recovering from knee surgery plus having a broken foot, I've let the pans sit a couple of hours before cleaning and even still, things rinse right out of them. I am the type of person that likes to clean up immediately after dinner. I don't really have to use nonstick cooking spray with these and they clean up so incredibly well. ![]() Still somewhat pricey but very worth it! They cook well and the heat distribution is even. Fast forward to trying to live a healthier life, and I came across these when there was a nice little sale on them on Amazon. Turns out they contained all kinds of toxic chemicals there were being emitted every time I cooked with them. Promising review: "Did I tell you I love these? I bought the cheapest set of pots and pans I could find as a single mother, and it was at a Black Friday sale at some curtain store. The set includes medium and large frying pans, saucepan with lid and steamer, a casserole pot with lid, a saute pan with lid, and a white silicone turner. and: ambrosia! The decanter is huge, and yet between the three of us we can and do empty it in one meal. And yet I can put in 10 bananas, two cartons of strawberries, two of blueberries, a bag of spinach (yes, spinach!), a cup of plain Greek yogurt, one interrupted conversation. Neither my kids nor I particularly like fruits and vegetables and as a result we don't get nearly enough. It is loud, which I take to be a feature and not a drawback. This blender has high, medium, and low settings. The blades come out so that they can be cleaned easily, along with the inside of the decanter. I like that the spout has a lid that locks open so you can pour easily. They are angled to create a vortex that instantly turns any fruits and vegetables inside into viscous liquid. Unless you have heard both clicks, the blender won't start. It locks onto the base with a satisfying click. The blender is mostly plastic, but it doesn't feel cheap. Promising review: " There are some products that just change your life. Price: $99.95+ (available in four sizes and four styles) The pork loin never dried out after it sat on the serving tray." - sugabuga I’ve made pierogies, lasagna, apple dump cake, a whole chicken, bone broth, chicken noodle soup. I’ve put pork loins, potatoes, yellow bundt cakes, rice, corn on the cob (look up INSTANT POT MILK CORN ON COB and you will never eat it any other way again!). Promising review: "This product is my best friend and I would marry it and grow old with it if I could. During colder months, I tend to make a new soup, chili, or stew every week, and in warmer months, I use it for roasting veggies, baking potatoes, cooking rice, and more! It's such an easy and quick way to meal prep for the week, or portion and freeze for easy weeknight meals, which is ~super clutch~ when you're a busy gal like me. I love my Instant Pot all year long and use it at least once a week. ![]()
